Tell me what you’re struggling with.
A problem, a worry, a quote that doesn’t sit right, or something slowing your startup down. Product, technology, security, regulation, AI, hosting or people: the more specific, the more useful the first conversation. You do not need a perfect pitch.
A good moment to talk
Tell me what you’re struggling with.
- before you sign a software quote
- before you hire a developer
- before you build an app or web app
- before you choose an agency
- before hosting becomes more expensive than it needs to be
- before you add AI to the product
- before you go live
- before you hire a CTO
Two ways to start
Two ways to begin the conversation.
01
Book a free call
For founders who would rather think out loud. In 30 minutes we look at what you’re up against, the context around it and the most sensible next step.
02
Email your question
For founders who would rather start in writing. Send a short note about what you are building, what you are unsure about and which choice you need to make. A few sentences is enough.
hello@yourstartup.expertWhat happens next
What happens after you reach out?
- 01
You bring the context
A short explanation is enough. No deck. No long preparation.
- 02
We sharpen the problem
I look at it through product, technology, execution, risk and priority.
- 03
You leave with a workable next step
No long report. No vague advice. Just clarity on what makes sense now.
When this is most useful
This conversation is most useful when…
- You are about to spend budget soon.
- You see several routes but no clear choice.
- You want to ship faster without losing quality.
- You want to connect technical choices to business goals.
- You want an independent perspective before committing.
Common questions
Before you reach out.
A few practical things about email, response times and the introduction call.
- How quickly will I get a reply?
- Email usually within 1 business day. Asking for a call? I send a booking link in the reply. No form-based response in 3 days, no automated sequence, a personal reply from Ronald himself.
- Can I email instead of calling?
- Yes. Many founders send context first (a few sentences, a quote, a roadmap) and only book a call if a conversation is needed. Both paths work; email is usually the lowest-friction starting point.
- Does the introduction call cost anything?
- No, free. 30 minutes, no sales pitch, no obligation to continue. If I am not the right person, I will say that too, often with a referral to someone better suited.
- What should I include in the email?
- The problem you are facing (two sentences is enough), the relevant context and when you need to act on it. No pitch deck needed. The more concrete the question, the sharper the conversation.
